At BigDRacing-BDR, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because many of our items are made-to-order or limited release, refunds are handled under the guidelines below. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility Refunds are only issued under the following conditions: • You received a defective item • You received a damaged item • You received the wrong item Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items Refunds will not be issued for: • Incorrect sizing • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered • Custom, made-to-order, or limited release items • Normal wear and tear
3. Refund Request Process To request a refund, contact us at bigdracingteam@gmail.com and include: • Your order number • A brief description of the issue • Clear photo evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item Refunds will not be processed without proper documentation.
4. Refund Approval If your request is approved, BigDRacing-BDR will issue: • A refund to the original payment method or • A replacement item, at our discretion Refund decisions are final.
5. Refund Timing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by BigDRacing-BDR.
6. Shipping & Delivery Issues BigDRacing-BDR is not responsible for: • Shipping delays • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier Refunds will not be issued for carrier-related delays.
